Where possible, all our deliveries are fulfilled by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or Yodel and we ship throughout the world. The shipping cost for your order will be displayed once address information has been entered, prior to any payment being taken at the online checkout. We calculate the cost of shipping by weight and parcel size. Please see the table below for an approximate guide to our shipping costs.
Please note that there may be local duty and/or taxes payable on goods delivered outside the UK. The Shakespeare Shop is not responsible for paying these charges.

Exceptional delivery charges - We reserve the right to vary the standard shipping charges as shown in the grid above on certain items which are unusually high in weight, volume or value.

UK Delivery
For UK orders, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. (Excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays).
Any UK order with an item total value of over £50 is eligible for free shipping and this will be automatically provided at the checkout.
International Delivery Destinations
We ship parcels to customers throughout the world, wherever possible. If you have any queries or concerns please Contact Us. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery to Europe and the rest of the world.
Any orders over 5kg in weight, please Contact Us for shipping costs.
*NEW* Click & Collect (Pick up)
We are now providing a free Click & Collect service for customers local to Stratford-upon-Avon. Orders will be available for collection within 24hrs Monday-Friday. Orders placed outside of shop hours could take up to 3 days.
We'll send you an email when your order is ready to collect, confirming your order, pickup location and address.

Faulty Goods
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the goods you receive, please email us in the first instance, with your details and a summary of the fault to shakespeareshop@shakespeare.org.uk and we will contact you to make suitable arrangements to either refund the sale or replace the faulty goods.
